The minimum age for all groups is 21 and the maximum age is 80.
The driver-renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license issued at least 12 months prior to the rental.
The rental car is insured for the named driver-renter only. If additional drivers will be operating the vehicle, they must be present at the time of pick-up and provide their driving license.
The customer is responsible for all traffic fines and consequences of administrative sanctions. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time or specified in the voucher, a delay charge will be applied.
Simple insurance for everyone is included in the prices.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) covers damage to the rental vehicle for amounts exceeding EUR 400.00. For damages up to EUR 400.00, the responsibility falls on the tenant.
All prices include VAT at 24%.
If the booking is canceled within 20 days before the delivery date, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the total cost of the booking will be charged.
Advance payments are non-refundable.
Car models are subject to the original planning. In the event of delivery issues, we may offer the customer a vehicle from a higher category at no extra charge. All cars are reserved based on the car group and not a specific model. These changes aim to provide clearer and more concise information to the readers.
